Truro: Sam’s In The City

The first in a series of wedding posts, if you didn’t know my dad is getting married in Cornwall this weekend. So my brother and I are over in Truro to get celebrating. One of this first celebrations is a girls dinner at Sam’s in the City.

I went for the Chicken and Bacon main. I never go for salad or anything with green in it, but this was totally worth it. The dressing was deliciously sticky and bacon salty and the salad crisp and light.

It’s only right after salad to have cheese cake right? This whole dinner is filled with things i never like to eat, and I’m not a fan of cheese cake at all. This is the New York cheese cake with a scoop of ice cream. Caramel sauce, sweet berries and rich cheesecake, delicious!

Of course the only place with any sort of lighting was the bathroom. 🙁
