Cologne in Outfits

Over December Hayden and I took his dad to Germany. We love Germany and knew it would be a great place to take his dad to experience travel again.

We picked Cologne and booked the flights and Air bnb. It was exactly was you’d expect cold and cozy, lots to do and food and beer to explore.

Day one Travel outfit

 

Vintage christmaas jumper of dreams. The bright blue/turquoise is so different from anything i’ve seen before. Paired with a brown Marks and Spencer trousers. Stretch for comfort here  ( i should have got them in a tall) pictured here is regular. learn from my mistake.

Converse in a khaki green. similar options here 

Bag for the trip is the Longchamp Le Pliage in a khaki ( no longer on their site) I’m looking to get Le Pliage M in black next.

Day Two

 

day two and four i wore the same outfit because I took hand luggage only and i can’t outfit plan with such constraints. This is a thrifted knitted jumper with a cute little pocket and button front. I think this is my favourite outfit from the whole trip. even though i was just switching out different tops for the same jeans. It ended up being much colder than I thought so i couldn’t wear the comfy M&S trousers. On day four I added a thrifted red beret and that was it.

The final outfit is much of the same. This one is a thrifted leopard print turtleneck. (OOOOO’s from the audience please) Same makeup same jeans, same sneakers. I wore this outfit around museum Ludwig to look at all the art. It was really interesting to see some pieces I’d only ever seen online and in books. This Any Warhol was one of my favourites. While in Uniqlo I picked up their Koln special t shirts. Which was a version of this piece.
