DRESS OVER JEANS on the POOL LADDER

Daily isolation outfits are getting creative. Wearing cut off jeans, I actually wear them to my day job. Boots from Just Fab I bought years ago before I broke three toes and I’ve only just been able to get them back on. My favourite part of this look is the dress over jeans. I love this dress, it’s very see-though, but I love it. The muted green the peachy florals. It’s the perfect summer dress. Last time I featured this dress it was June and I wore little cycle short underneath and white plimsoles.

Staying at home has really made me restless and the warmer weather makes we want to swim. I’m sure If we lived in a warmer country my parents would have a pool. So I used their old ladder from a free-standing pool I had as a kid as a prop. The curtain from DKNY that I can’t get enough of apparently. Working on a “bygone era-pool side-over dressed-dramatic” shoot.

Green Drop Waist Dress

Sitting in my favourite tourist trap, Trafalgar Square. Sat by the mermaids and water babies. Mermaids are my thing. I collected statues of them for years, Ariel was my favourite film, I love to swim. So the sculptures are special.  The two tailed creatures with their hair flowing.

Green drop waist dress from H&M. 1920’s ish vibes with modern bright green. A cuffed long sleeve and an above knee hem. Possibly my new favourite dress. Black tights and black boots for leg lengthening. Topped with my warmest coat, because London was COLD! We explored the city by foot, dodging the wind.
