Blush Slip

SS/16 trends are in and I’m fully behind most of them ( well all of them really) but I’m not convinced by the slip dress. Rochas and Emilio Pucci’s slips were so bang on with my style. There are a few body types that would look amazing in the slip. But on my body taking into account my stature ( hello 5 10!) and that I’m a smaller waist them my hips, it would mean that the slip dress would sit or cling to this area. I would definitely find it really hard to not think I was wearing a nightie overtime I wore it. Also blush is meant to be huge this season, gorgeous grey toned pinks and peaches are going to be huge in my wardrobe.

The slip dress really follows the whole under wear as outer wear, but maybe a little to much. Here is how I styled this trend.

No slip dress for me, however i still keep on trend with this style by making a blush pink top.

And I got my septum pierced yesterday, turns out I’m quite an impulsive person.
