Around Christmas time Dorset comes to life with fairs and events all over the county. Dorset Food and Drink came to Athelhampton House. We wandered the tents looking for Dorsetshire foods and drinks. All the stall holders were locals showing off their craftsmanship. We ate artisan marshmallows, sausage rolls, sampled some alcohol. We tried a “chimney cake” or Kürtőskalács, it was so delicious.
