Blue eyeliner?!

I’ve had a blue eyeliner revival. I never thought I’d be wearing blue eyeliner over the age of 15 but here I am at 22 rocking some turquoise.

Try this – A little liner goes along way. Don’t over line your eyes or you’ll look more like an extra from Blade Runner then normal human. Keep then lips low key, make your eyes the statement.
