New Skincare and Hair
A new hair look. My hair needed a break from the bleaching and sunlight. Curly hair is dryer than most then adding bleach making it even dryer. So I went darker, giving my hair a little love. to hopefully become more healthy and grow a little bit. I used a hope dye kit from Loreal.
A botanical face oil from Sind, that’s vegan and cruelty-free. Created by the Danish Sissel produced in Germany. Sind is the Danish word for Mind. The founder Sissel focuses on skin health and the benefits of a healthy mind. I’ve used the face oil for a few days and can already see the benefits of taking more care of my skin. The face oil has a sweet plant-based smell that’s refreshing. The delicate notes in the oil that I can smell are Evening Primrose, Cedarwood and Geranium.
The packaging is minimal reflects the brand the pippet style dispenser makes you focus and be present when applying the oil as it’s a delicate process.
For someone with quite oily skin I felt that oils were a no no. But after listening to Sissel talk about her oil and believing her skin wisdom I bought it. My skin is much more vibrant, and is drinking in the oil. I was worried that I’d be left a shiny mess. But my skin is benefiting from the botanicals. I can’t wait to see my skin clear up.
