New Skincare and Hair

A new hair look. My hair needed a break from the bleaching and sunlight. Curly hair is dryer than most then adding bleach making it even dryer. So I went darker, giving my hair a little love. to hopefully become more healthy and grow a little bit. I used a hope dye kit from Loreal.

A botanical face oil from Sind, that’s vegan and cruelty-free. Created by the Danish Sissel produced in Germany. Sind is the Danish word for Mind. The founder Sissel focuses on skin health and the benefits of a healthy mind. I’ve used the face oil for a few days and can already see the benefits of taking more care of my skin. The face oil has a sweet plant-based smell that’s refreshing. The delicate notes in the oil that I can smell are Evening Primrose, Cedarwood¬†and Geranium.

The packaging is minimal reflects the brand the pippet style dispenser¬†makes you focus and be present when applying the oil as it’s a delicate process.

For someone with quite oily skin I felt that oils were a no no. But after listening to Sissel talk about her oil and believing her skin wisdom I bought it. My skin is much more vibrant, and is drinking in the oil. I was worried that I’d be left a shiny mess. But my skin is benefiting from the botanicals. I can’t wait to see my skin clear up.
