Room Tour: Uni 2016
It’s odd to see all the things that occupy your room at home, taking up space in an new place. They look familiar and sort of comforting yet out of place.
Welcome to my uni room. I’m in halls for first year, as are most people in the UK. I have 1 person to the left and the kitchen to the right. I think I have the room that gets all the noise. But I have made this little space my own and I’ve grown to love it.

My desk is huge which is perfect because my course is very creative so i need a lot of space.

I have a small en suite, that has one small shelf for storage, so i keep a metal basket under my sink for backup stuff.

I’ve the biggest wardrobe out of my friends. The size is perfect for me. Along the top i keep hair products, nails varnishes and handbags. On the rails are my clothes and my larger bags and the back. One the floor are my shoes and in the white bin is my laundry, and extras.

My hooks hold my coats and my bag. They are together so i can grab them just before i leave for classes.
I’ve worked really hard on making this space my own, i think I’ve successfully put my stamp on the place. I love all the little cacti details and how everything has it’s space. I found out that not all the rooms here have wood floor, some have carpet which is harder to clean. I’ve very lucky to have a bigger room then the ‘better’ halls too.
