Decorating for Christmas

Every year at Christmas time mum and I set about decorating the house, we both love colour so can’t really get away with having a white christmas tree or a minimalist look. 

I love this little Disney macaroon I gave to my mum back in summer when I want to Paris for a few days. 

The Christmas Advent calendar is my favourite Christmas decoration on the whole house! I don’t remember us not having it at Christmas. My brother and I used to come down every morning and open the new and and stick it on the tree. 

Of course we had to decorate the hallway, adding lights, glittery fabric and baubles to the banisters making it look like a winter wonderland.
