I’m back with an update for you all. The motivation to be healthier is in full swing, call it New Years resolution hysteria. But I’m doing it.
I’ve started using My Fitness Pal, where you add info about yourself, height, weight, how much you want to lose. Then you add what you eat, drink and your exercise in a day. A little table at the bottom tells you the carbs you’ve used in your daily allowance,as well as your Sodium, fat, protein and sugar in take. It calculates the calories you’ll need to loose weight at a steady healthy rate. It’s very interesting to see what I’m eating.
Once you’ve completed your day it calculates what weight you’ll be in 5 weeks if you ate the same and did the same exercise. I’m very competitive so i’ve marked what weight I’ll be in 5 weeks. I’ll be weighing myself to see if I’m lighter.
If you aren’t aware of what you’re eating in a day and need a reminder that you have 1,620 calories for the day so put the 200g or chocolate for breakfast down. This is the perfect place for you! Also i’m not afraid to lose weight because My Fitness Pall is here to help me. It’s just the motivation I need to exercise too.
