I’ve walked through these parks almost everyday and that it’s Autumn for all the lovely colours are perfect for outfit photos.
Do you ever have an outfit that you wear and you instantly feel so festive, this outfit does this for me. The cutest boots from Just Fab. They make any outfit a little more special and a burgundy mini skirt and you are away. I love all the different berry tones mixed with the brown of my shoes and the leaves.
Saying bye to my work friends started with dinner at Vesuvio, an Italian on the water front in Bournemouth. Last time i was there i had a pizza which was delicious but this time i had a lasagne dish. Which didn’t live up to how excited i was or how hungry i was. A little tasteless but their bellinis are lovely. And the lemon cheesecake was a smash hit.

Thank you for reading, I’m moving to uni on the 15th ( eee!!)
Westbourne is on route to Bournemouth from Poole, complete with beautiful arcade.
I love getting to know new places to eat. I first went to The Libertine on a double date with my boyfriend and his friends. We went on a Monday and had the buy one get one free pizza. They have a pizza oven I believe. It’s all very Instagramable, the milk churn (?) stools.
While wondering the shops with mum and my cousin we couldn’t decide where to eat, looking in on many different cafes, eateries and restaurants. I suggested The Libertine, so we ordered and sat down.
Sharing the salami and peppadew pizza and the caramelised onion and garlic chicken pizza with sweet potato fries and salad. We agreed that it was totally delicious and well worth the wait ( 30 mins, not bothered)
My disheveled look (I had a cold)
Top – H&M
Bag – Hope bay
If you haven’t been over to Westbourne you should give it a try with lots of independent shops and a fair few charity shops to find a previously loved gem.
My outfit looked so much better without my Long Tall Sally coat, but I knew that I needed it for walking around Poundbury. English weather is unpredictable to say the least. The last time I came to Poundbury there were half the building there are now, which is super odd.
We stopped into my favourite shop Cherryade
They are ‘purveyors of super lovely things’ which is exactly what the store is filled with. I want everything they have. The framed art and home-wear are my favourites. Find them online here
Trying to hide from the rain we ducked in and out of shops, and looking at all the pretty houses. We found a little cafe around the corner from Yard, called Bramble.
The 70’s shirt is a H&M find that has been on the blog before. I just love the colour and the flowing sleeves. This time I took of the belt as went for a relaxed look.
One trend that I have never really liked was the culotte. It brings me back to my childhood of wearing skorts. Basically I don’t see the point of them.
Having bigger hips then my waist makes culottes look so frumpy. It really accentuates my hips and I think I look wider then I actually am. But I would have never have known this if I hadn’t tried them out.
I now know that they are not my style and I will never wear them again like this. TBH I look like a balloon!! Thank goodness these are my grandma’s and she can for sure have them back.
This is where I shot my outfit of the day. I mean how beautiful is it.
I spent the weekend in London with family celebrating Georgie and Tom’s engagement by attending their masquerade ball.
The whole family really got onboard with the masquerade theme and I think we do scrub up pretty well. I found it really hard to dance with a mask on so took it off to party the night away. Not before stopping by the photo booth the pose.
Having danced to all the greats, it was only right to get some cake.
Before my feet fell off from dancing in my shoes all night, we jumped in a taxi and headed back to the hotel.
I wore this to my mums Christmas party, she hosts one every year and it’s always a hoot.
I loved wearing kimonos during the summer but thought they would be silly in winter. How wrong was I, they are the perfect party dress coverup. I’ve been listening to Fleetwood Mac non-stop, which inspired the accessorise. Also I’ve found that I hate wearing tights, they are so uncomfortable.
This winter I think I’m the busiest I’ve even been with work, college and parties all over December. One of my favourite looks to meet the girlies in is this little skirt and these boots. I’ve mentioned these boots a while ago and I can’t stop loving them. But favourite part of this outfit is definitely this Oasis sparkly top, I love the cowl neck back and the bar across the back. it’s such a great Christmas piece that I’ve been longing to wear. I bought the shirt at last years Clothes Show live ( I’m going to this years Clothes Show!) You could wear this Christmas day and eat everything on the table and still look great.
I think I’ve found the perfect black jumper for winter! (I know that’s a big statement) The fit is perfect, it’s warm ( no need to layer up) the little slits al the sides add a little detail the high neck. There is no frills to this jumper, it does it’s job and it does it every well. I love pairing it with a bright shirt to make a statement.
